A lighted miniature video camera is put up inside the chimney to inspect the condition of the flueliners.
The images are printed for the Homeowner's viewing of the condition of the flueliners and any repair or maintenance necessary.

The camera showed an open void from a missing piece of flue-tile at the corner of this flueliner.
This flueliner was easily replaced since it was very accessable, and being located near the top of the chimney.

Several of the mortar-joints were empty between the two ft. sections of flueliners. All of the mortar-joints were refilled with FireClay using our own formulated method.
These voids could be caused by bad craftsmanship or they may have been burned out over years of regular use.
